About 750 North

A First of its Kind Co-op in Central Boulder: Ownership + Community

Front Rendering (1).jpg

The 750 North housing co-op, located within the North Street EcoDistrict, blends into an area of historically mixed housing types including single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, and small apartment complexes). While there have been many remodels of older single family homes into larger, more expansive homes for single families, we are excited to be offering an alternative housing option at the 750 North housing co-op.

As with many housing co-ops, 750 North is increasing density, reducing environmental impact, promoting resource sharing, making better housing and ownership accessible to people who may be priced out of the Boulder housing market, and helping members to build wealth. There are 10 bedrooms with private bathrooms in the main house, as well as an accessory dwelling unit. The property also has a luxury kitchen with ample space for individual or group meal preparation and flex spaces for meetings, working from home, relaxing, and outdoor enjoyment.

Life at 750 North
